Daniel Fast Day 21- Lessons

Initially, I did not think this Daniel Fast was going well.

You made me drive all this way just to hear about someone else being blessed with exactly what I’ve been begging you for??!!

He gives them to us because he trusts that we will use them correctly. I have betrayed that trust.

I feel that old, familiar adversary sneaking up to attack.

I wanted to be sarcastic. I wanted my disapproval to be heard through my tone.

Here’s the crazy thing. I was not willing to do that.

I saw this verse and was a little blown away.

Looking down can be discouraging but it can also be dangerous.
